FAQ ANSWERS

1. Do I have to register to place an order?
You cannot directly place your order without registering. Just click on "My Account".

By registering, you can track your order with ease. By inputting your delivery and billing addresses in your profile, you will save time when placing and paying for future orders.

2. How can I modify my personal information?
You can modify any personal information in the “My Account” section.

3. I forgot my user ID or my password, what do I do?
In the “My Account” section, you can retrieve your password by clicking on 'Forgot Password'. Enter your e-mail and confirm your request. A temporary password will be sent to you by e-mail. You can reconnect with this password and change it to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.

4. What products are available on www.qiriness.com?
All Qiriness products are available on our website. In the event of temporary stock rupture, you will not be able to add the product to your cart. We advise you to consult the site regularly to check the arrival of the out-of-stock item.

5. Can my order be delivered overseas?
Orders placed on www.qiriness.com can be delivered to France (Principality of Monaco and Corsica included), United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, United States, Canada and Hong Kong.

 6. How can I check and track my order?
Once you have placed your order on the website, it will be validated after acceptance of your payment by your Bank and verification of certain information in your order.

You will receive at the e-mail address that you have registered on 'My Account', a first e-mail confirming your order. Payment and validation apply to a single order, limited to one shipping address and one billing address.
We will then proceed with the preparation of your order.
A second shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you when your package leaves our warehouse, accompanied by your packing list and order tracking number. With this information, you can track your parcel.
On the “My Account”, "Track Order" section, you can find all information concerning your order - the order status, product details, the amount, billing and delivery addresses, and the downloadable invoice in PDF format.
You can track your parcel by inputting the tracking number in “My Account”, "Details of my Order".

7. How can I change my delivery address?
By default your delivery address is your billing address. In the “My Address Book” link, you can manage multiple shipping and billing addresses. During order placement, you can select your billing and shipping addresses. However, once the order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.

8. Is there a limit to the purchase amount of my order?
You have the possibility of ordering a maximum of 3 units by reference and placing a maximum purchase amount of 1 500€ per order.

 9. What should I do in case of problems with my order?
In case of technical problems or if you have made an error in inputting the order after having validated it on our site, please immediately contact our Qiriness Customer Service number 0 800 00 00 00 from 9: 00 am to 18:00 pm, Monday to Friday to determine whether a modification can be made.

In case of refusal of your payment, we invite you to contact your bank.
